Dr Rafey Faruqui is an accomplished expert witness neuropsychiatrist and medico legal expert.

Dr. Faruqui is Consultant in Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neuropsychiatry at the East Kent Neuropsychiatry service. He holds the esteemed title of Honorary Professor at the University of Kent, specialising in patient outcome monitoring and the management of individuals with brain injuries, complex neuro disabilities, psychiatric disorders, and intricate neuropsychiatric syndromes.

Throughout his career, Dr. Faruqui has held both Honorary and Substantive University positions at renowned institutions including Imperial College London, King’s College, and the University of Birmingham. Presently, he serves as a Consultant Neuropsychiatrist at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust and holds the role of Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer within the College of Medical and Dental Sciences at the University of Birmingham.
