Clinical Experience

Dr. Gul is an accomplished Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist specialising in the treatment of children and young people.

In his current role as a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at St. George’s Hospital within the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Dr. Gul leads the delivery of evidence-based care and services in the local Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service.

His responsibilities extend to the management and treatment of young individuals in various specialised units, including the Acute Adolescent In-Patient Unit, Adolescent Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, and Eating Disorder Unit.

Also active in teaching, training, and conducting research in the UK, Dr Gul has held a range of clinical, academic and leadership roles within the NHS since 2004.

Special Interests

Dr. Gul’s expertise covers a wide range of medico-legal areas for children and young people diagnosed with emotional, behavioural, learning, social and communication difficulties, and complex neuro-developmental disorders.
