In line with guidance from the WHO and UK Government, we have implemented the necessary measures and precautions required to control the spread of infection. With the support of our Experts, we are proactively seeking ways to maintain momentum within existing and new cases, finding innovative ways to ensure our clinical assessments can continue over the coming weeks.
The safety of the vulnerable people we assess and of our Experts, many of whom also hold clinical roles within the NHS, is paramount. From today, we will carry out virtual clinical assessments wherever possible.
Where a physical examination must be carried out, NRC Medical Experts will produce a report which recommends a future face to face consultation when it is safe and sensible to do so, without putting clients at risk.
Our Head Office team are fully equipped to work remotely so we can maintain our usual service to our clients, including facilitating pre-instruction conversations and administration.
